Mr. Bannock is an Indigenous Owned and Operated catering company and Vancouver based food truck founded by Squamish chef Paul Natrall. Established in 2010, Paul’s food is famed throughout Vancouver for his innovative - Indigenous-fusion cuisine, that champions traditional ingredients from the Squamish First Nation; such as juniper berries, smoked wild salmon and meats as well as traditional cooking methods such as clay and stone baking.
