Adamie Qaumagiaq was born in Cape Dorset in 1990. He is an artist that shows considerable promise for his young age. He was taught to carve by his father Pauloosie Qaumagiaq. Both artists are known for their unique and charming Owl sculptures. Adamie is part of the Cape Dorset artist collective.
